Dial-a-Package - A convenient and easy channel to book your Air India Holiday Package over phone. This service is available 24x7 from Air India’s Call Centre on Toll Free No 1800 180 1407 or short code no 1407.


Just call and book your holiday package, pay by credit card and have your package documents (ticket, hotel accommodation and associated service related vouchers) delivered by courier at your doorstep.


Eligibility Criteria & Requirements


Dial-a-Package facility is presently available in India for booking Air India Domestic Holiday Packages.


The payment for Dial-a-Ticket can be made through any Master or Visa credit card issued in India.


Procedure


Call AIR INDIA Toll Free No 1800 180 1407 or short code no 1407

Choose Domestic Travel option and then option 5 for Dial-a-Package

Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) would attend to you and make necessary flight booking as per your requirement / seat availability on time limit basis

There after the CSR would send a request to the hotel for accommodation. On receipt of confirmation from the hotel, which is normally within 24 - 48 hours, the CSR would call you back for confirming the booking

You will be advised to have a One Time Password (OTP)* generated through your Credit Card issuing Bank

You will be guided to a secured Payment Gateway where you will, through your phone, securely and safely key in the Credit Card number, CVV number (mentioned at the back of the card) and the OTP to make payment for your ticket

All documents such as ticket/s, hotel booking confirmation voucher/s etc. would be couriered to you. Normally it takes between two to five days for you to get all the documents.


Modification / Cancellation


Any permissible modification or cancellation of Holiday Package bought through Call Centre can be done through Call Centre on Dial - a - Package option only

* OTP is a second level authentication for IVR based Credit Card payment transaction introduced by Reserve Bank of India from 31st January 2011. The OTP is generally valid for a few hours and can be used for a single transaction.
