A 'U' Type Sticker Visa to enter India, is a mandatory requirement for Foreigners holding OCI Cards and in case, the passport containing 'U' Type Sticker Visa has expired, the new Passport Number also needs to be endorsed on the OCI Card. The original expired passport containing 'U' Sticker Visa will still need to be carried while entering India. OCI Card per se is not a Visa.
