Senior Citizen Executive Class Companion Fare from New York and Chicago to India

The Offer

Two Seniors each 62 years of age or older traveling together on the same flights can each save a minimum of $1,300 off published round trip Executive Class tickets to India.

Geographic Application

This special offer is good on Air India non-stop flights from JFK to Delhi, EWR to Mumbai, or ORD to Delhi and return.

Fare

The special round trip fares start at $3,394 per person, including all taxes, airport and security fees, and fuel surcharges (See Fare Chart Below). Fare is valid only on Air India-operated flights.

Add-on Fares

Air India offers flights from Delhi and Mumbai to over 50 other cities in India at special add-ons, plus additional taxes. U.S. add-ons do not apply. All travel on other airlines must be ticketed separately.

Days of Travel & Validity Period

The offer applies to transatlantic travel Monday through Thursday in both directions, with travel commencing on or before October 15, 2012.

Blackout Periods

Travel is not permitted eastbound from June 1 to August 12, 2012; or westbound from August 1 to September 12, 2012 and from December 20, 2012 to January 30, 2013.

Min./Max. Stay

21 days minimum; six (6) months maximum.

Reservations/Ticketing

Both passengers must be booked in same PNR and ticketed simultaneously. No waitlist permitted. Tickets must be purchased/issued by September 30, 2012.

Stopover

One free stopover is permitted at Delhi or Mumbai on the entire journey. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for each additional stopover.

Cancel/Refund

Tickets are refundable, less a cancellation fee of $500.00 per passenger. Refunds are given only when both tickets are submitted at the same time.

Date Change

There is a change fee of $500.00 per passenger, per transaction, plus any fare differential. Date changes are permitted only when both tickets submitted at the same time. All changes must be made prior to the original date of travel.

No Shows

No refund for no-shows. Only date change permitted within the validity. For date change beyond the validity period, applicable difference in fare should be collected. The original fare and YQ are always non-refundable on the no-show ticket, irrespective of the new fare reflected on the re-issued ticket.

Refund on Partially Utilized Tickets

Only non-airline taxes will be refunded without penalty for unutilized portion.
