Advance check-in facility is available for all passengers travelling from Mumbai to United Kingdom, Europe and North America.The passenger needs to contact the Air India Building, Ground Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai, a day prior to their date of travel, between Monday and Sunday, from 11:00 hours to 18:00 hours. All original travel documents – passports, tickets and locked baggages should be brought to the office. This facility is also available at the Air India Check in counters at Chattrapathi Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.

In order to facilitate passengers, effective 27 Sep 2011, Air India has introduced City check-in for all Airbus flights departing from Delhi. Passengers will need to contact the main Reservations office at Safdarjung Airport from Monday to Sunday, between 09:30 hours and 18:30 hours. This service is available only within 24:00 hours prior to flight departure.
This facility is for passengers who are travelling with “Hand Baggage" only.
