Facilities Through Mobile Phone Handset


Air India introduces yet another product upgrade. Checking-in, Timetable and Contact details would now be available at your fingertips. Use your Web enabled Mobile handset for the following at any time.
  • Check-in
  • Time Table access
  • Contacts (Help line information)
How to go about: Access URL http://flyai.mobi and follow the sequence wise instructions as given on the mobile screen.

Highlights:
  • Presently available only for purely domestic flights.
  • Will be introduced from other domestic stations and to international flights subsequently in phased manner.
  • There is no need to download any application into the mobile phone prior to attempting mobile check-in.
  • Check-in can be done by any web enabled Mobile handset.
  • Seat selection of your choice possible
  • Facility available between 24hrs and 2hrs prior to departure.
  • Schedule available for seven days (Current + 6 following days)
  • Also possible to check the Return Schedule by selecting the “Return Schedule” option.
  • AI contact details readily available. In case you need assistance, even during checking-in process, you can retrieve contact details by going to home page and thereafter clicking the ‘contact’ option.

Restrictions
  • Facility is not available for code share flights or flights handled by Air India.
  • Only one passenger can be checked in at a time through a single transaction.
  • Infant and other Special Service Required passengers such as Wheel Chair and Un-accompanied Minor passenger cannot be checked-in
  • Self de-check facility is not possible
  • Not enough to get entry to Airport.
