Air India adds 28 New Stations for its” Get Up Front Offer”

Air India, the national carrier, will now be offering its Get Up Front offer- offering upgraded travel in executive class on its domestic network from 45 stations.
Under Air India’s on-going Airport Up-grade Scheme named Get Up Front, passengers flying in Economy class can avail upgrade subject to availability of seats in Executive class at the airport, on payment of a fixed amount as below:
Distance up to 750 Kms Rs.4000
Distance above 750 Kms Rs.6000
The above amounts are inclusive of service tax.
The offer is open to all passengers holding revenue tickets in Economy class, including APEX fares. Passengers holding frequent flyer award tickets will also be able to avail the upgrade facility by paying the requisite upgrade amount. The scheme is valid till 30th June 2012.
The twenty eight new domestic stations that have been added to the existing seventeen stations, from where passengers can avail Get Up Front offer on a domestic sector is as given below:
North - Chandigarh, Gwalior, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Khajuraho, Leh, Srinagar, Udaipur, Raipur
West - Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Jamnagar, Pune, Nagpur, Rajkot
South - Coimbatore, Madurai, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Vijaywada, Mangalore
East - Bagdogra, Bhubaneswar, Dibrugarh, Dimapur, Imphal, Ranchi, Silchar
The scheme is thus effectively offered from 45 stations now for the flights departing to domestic destinations with Business class configuration.
