This charge to be collected on the ticket by all airlines. The tax is interline able. The lifting carrier is responsible for remittance. The fee is inclusive of Service Tax.

This fee is applicable in addition to development fee (TFC code - YM) charged at IGI Airport, DEL.

Due to introduction of UDF, the Facilitation Component of Passenger Service Fee (PSF) has been removed. Hence, WO amount applicable for departure at DEL is as follows

Important Note

a) Airline operators will collect UDF from all the passengers arriving to and departing from IGI Airport effective 00:01 hours of 15 May, 2012 in accordance with the rate cards for tickets issued on or after uploading in their respective Reservation System/GDS which had happened between 03 May, 2012 and 05 May, 2012 subject to (b) as stated below

b) Airline operators will collect UDF from all the passengers arriving to and departing from IGI Airport effective 00:01 hours of 30 June, 2012 irrespective of the date of ticketing.

Hence, there is no need for manual collection of UDF on all tickets issued before system updation for travel after 15 May, 2012 and until 29 Jun, 2012.
